Noah - ARC starts

Dear friends, this is now the first BLOG entry for sy NOAH on www.sy.noah.de and on the ARC blog (https://www.worldcruising.com/arc/arc_2016_eventlogs.aspx ). We’ll post in english and german. Today was the official launch of ARC2016 and all participating nations gathered to celebrate the opening of the event.
