Dave and Bernie getting up close and personal with a picture of Charles at the place he first landed (photo). We have checked out the giant land tortoises, surfed every day and are enjoying our stay. We plan to visit some more islands here before setting off on the next leg.
There is a reef called Bainbridge Rocks on a nearby island, so I imagine one of my ancestors was here to leave his mark - I must investigate further!
