Prepared: November 16 11:02z FM: Weather Routing Inc. (WRI)
Synopsis: Good morning. A front extending from west of Bermuda SW'ward to the central Bahamas will move SE'ward to the Turks/Caicos by tomorrow morning and then by the evening of the 18th it will stall from the e'rn Dominican Republic NE'ward to 24N/60W.
Broad ridging covers the region from Hispaniola E'ward to the n'rn Leeward Islands and N'ward to 25N and this will change little through the 18th for the waters near and north of the Virgin Islands.
Conclusions: The below forecast covers the S'rn Half of Grid II. Moderate E-SE'ly breezes will persist through tonight, then ease a bit into tomorrow morning as the higher trade winds shift E'ward ahead of a cold front. Squalls will increase in coverage from west to east during the 17th and remain scattered through the 18th, bringing locally higher winds and seas. E'ly swells will slowly abate over the next 2 days.
