Synopsis: A trough of low pressure extends from south of Hispaniola NE'ward
through 23N/63W and will remain in place through tomorrow, then dissipate into
the 15th. A ridge of high pressure will from Bermuda S'ward through the E'rn
Caribbean later tomorrow into the 15th, then weaken into the 16th. A weak
ridge of high pressure extends from the Gulf of Mexico through the Bahamas and
will remain in place through tomorrow.

A cold front will extend SW'ward through S'rn Florida on the 15th and will
continue over the Bahamas into the 16th. The front will move over E'rn Cuba
and the S'rn Bahamas into 17th, then from east of the Turks and Caicos and
Hispaniola on the 18th, and the continue toward Puerto Rico through the 20th
where it will weaken. Behind this front, a ridge of high pressure will build
from the Carolinas through the Bahamas on the 17th. This ridging will
strengthen into the 18th, remain strong on the 19th, and then weaken into the
20th.

Conclusions: NE-E'ly trade breezes will be the norm for Grids HH and FF the
next 3 days, while winds will tend more E-SE'ly in Grid II. Please note for
Grid II: winds will tend on the lower end of the below ranges (if not 1-2 kts
lower) for the S'rn Half of Grid II nearer the trough axis, while tending on
the upper end of the below ranges for the N'rn Half of Grid II from 13th18Z
through 15th/12Z. There are no concerns for tropical development over the
Eastern Caribbean at this time.
