Hello Onlookers!
We’ve done it! Half way to Mindelo and everyone is in high spirits this morning. Our auto-helm is showing some signs of exhaustion so we have been hand steering for the past 24 hours. We have found some wind that others seem to have not today, clipping along at 7 knots while vessels on the journey have their motors on or sail at disappointing speeds. We hope the wind stays for awhile before easing tomorrow. And hope to fix auto pilot today and sort out some water maker issues. Always something.
