Helen - Ed's adventures

Day 3 on board and the seas are the calmest they have been so I have had a
busy day.

After a leisurely breakfast watching the rest of the crew change the Sails I
was put to work with Mark and John crushing cans which was fun and most
importantly keeps us on top of the recycling. A faulty port light was picked
up on night watch so it was straight down to the next task of changing the
light bulb..... it seemed to take a lot of humans to do this successfully!

In the afternoon we made a close sighting of KALLUNA both taking pictures to
exchange when we arrive in Cape Verde. We have been chased all day by North
Star and as the sun comes down we still have the lead......for now anyway.
We have put the engine on!

As they day ends I have had time for a few pranks on the Capitan, including
a suspected leak in the heads and all my hard work was rewarded with a few
sweets and lots of Dolphin sightings.
