1644 miles to go and we are taking it easy as the wind is gentle, barely 10/15 knots. We are testing our new spinnaker and I am becoming (with every day) more creative with our meals. Tonight we are having for dinner fresh pasta with walnut and rocket pesto, St Helena broccoli and parmesan, followed by desert of marengue with coffee and chocolate mousse decorated with peach slices thanks to Australian Goulburn Valley tin.
We are studying books on Brazil and discussing how to protect ourselves against rat invasion from shore.. and of course discussing how to sail faster.
