Abundance started the day today (22-May-2023) with two fish on the line at 6:15am. One broke the line (80 lb braid) and the second one, Lou Baron, our crew fisherman fought the yellow fin tuna for five hours and 45 minutes until we finally landed it. During the process three dolphins came by to inspect what was going on.
We estimate the yellowfin tuna weighs about 200lbs! Dimensions 60”x14”x10”. Wow, what a catch. You can guess what’s for dinner tonight as we look to make room in the freezer.
Abundance is appropriately named.
