Today, we caught a beautiful fish which we
identified as a Mahi Mahi. 85cm and probably about 2kg.
Julia and Michi worked all the way from living fish
to filets. Marco C. and Mateo prepared a delightful dish. Catch of the
day, as fresh as it gets.
As we continue our way southwesternly, the days get
hotter and the nights warmer. Nightshifts without foul weather gear are
great.
