After a very leisurely breakfast (avocado on toast with eggs) we set off to Porvenir, another San Blas island, this one with a smattering of houses on. We sailed at a very sedate 4-5 knots and are now at anchor.
Tomorrow we leave for Shelter Bay in Panama in the evening so that we arrive in the daylight which will be a novel experience. It remains very hot and the sea temperature is 30 degrees C!
