Early in the morning as the sleepy sun was slowly tossing off its cloud covers we weighed anchor at Hollandes cays and sailed the twelve miles to Porviner. The official palaver was surprisingly simple, and in just forty five minutes we were all done and dusted and on our way to Chichime , the northernmost of the San Blas Islands. We cannot express enough appreciation for the excellent work of our WARC “yellow shirt” team for their tireless planning and question answering , and generally smoothing the way. Our hats are off to them for their smiling faces being there to greet us with cheerful spirits, and not to mention the blessings of multilingual help with the official processes! Many many thanks! Being a part of this rally is made even more enjoyable by the wonderful team! We anchored at Chichime with the most perfect little island behind the boat in clear bottle green water. In front of us was an extensive reef with two casualties on it! Very disturbing. So happy we had the Bauhaus book to help us navigate! Other than the boats on the reef, it was a fantastically beautiful bit of paradise. It was
