Sweet Dream - Day 11 January 23, 2019

Due to last night’s wind in excess of fifty knots, and the corresponding large, short seas it kicked up, the start of our second leg of the World ARC to The San Blas Islands and on to Colon, Panama was delayed for 24 hours. Mother Nature gave us all a day off! We revelled in the lack of deadline and stress, chatted with fellow cruisers, sorted out line handlers for the Panama Canal transit (each boat needs four, plus a Captain), browsed the shops a bit, watched you tube videos about the transit and San Blas Islands and are now geared up for part two of our round the world journey of living the Sweet Dream!
