What a difference the sun makes. The forecast was for a cloudy day with winds and seas from the NEN. We go the winds but no clouds so the past six hours have been spent hanging around in the sun catching up on much needed sleep and doing the odd job or two as well as getting yesterday’s laundry dry. This has been accompanied by music from the Puro beech collection, Bad Company and more latterly the Beatles.

Unsurprisingly crew moral has lifted as haas boat speed, we look like we could have another 170 - 180 mile day under our belts.

Sadly this speed has resulted in an unsuccessful day of fishing, again. Dinner is chicken curry pie!
