Dan in the Hatch!
You are on course and all seems just fine and dandy until you see Dan! Like
the proverbial Jack in the box his smiling face just pops out of the
hatchway, has an all knowing look around, peaks up at the sails and gives
the helmsman a course correction. A lot can be gained from experience. Great
sailing day, seas a little confused, so a little more concentration
required, especially when doing anything other than sleeping and even that
can hurt if you get it wrong. Nigel had "Fish on" early afternoon and from
hooked to plate-ready was less than 15min. Chris provided the very best
Brandy infused Christmas cake for afternoon tea and as I type this Tonny and
Chris are hard at work in the galley.
Just another day in the middle of the Atlantic...
