The night has fallen on SY Attitude. Given the prognosis in wind we adjusted our sails, dropped our code zero and raised the genoa. Current heading 280° at 8kts with the waves helping. Wind has gone up to 19kts but changed its direction.
With this heading we are almost a straight shot away from the ultimate destination: St Lucia.
All in all it has been smooth sailling so far, and hopefully our routing strategy over the next 20h will show some gains in the classification table.
On a side note, we were informed that Benfica lost in Germany. Again, as mentioned in the previous post, some you win and some you lose.
Dinner menu: Tuna with boiled Canary Potaoes (with salsa Mojo Picon) and boiled eggs - one could call this a fisherman's special. It could be a nice story about the Tuna that we caught, but actually it was bought at the local market in Las Palmas.
