Gauntlet of Tamar - Gauntlet - The First night

So the first night out has gone well, the wind fluctuated around 10kn and had more east in earlier but now has is more nne. The crew settled well into watches starting at 1800 with Steph taking the first 3 hour night watch, Nick and I followed then Tom. Progress has been steady covering around 85nm to now with a very heavily laden boat, caution is the name of the game as an early breakage due to pushing too hard would be silly.

We spotted several dolphins during our shift which is always a delight! They didn't hang around long though, guess we were too slow.
