Pearl Bali - Happy crew is well fed crew!

We may not win prices for speed, but we are near the front of the fleet for
our catering.
The highlight meal on board is the evening meal... the menu's so far....
Sunday 6th Nov. First meal at sea. keep it simple. Bangers and herb mash
with salad, sausages cooked on the charcoal BBQ.
Monday 7th Nov. Fresh Tuna, inch cubes, flash fried with ground pepper, hot
chilies, garlic, rosemary and thyme. Served with herb mash and salad.
Tuesday 8th Nov. Paella, chicken and seafood, dressed with langoustine,
roasted pepper and fresh parsley. and yes it was made with saffron.
Wednesday 9th Nov. Lunchtime should be the halfway point of our first leg
(time not distance) so an Ice Cream treat. Tonight the guest cook will be my
Russian wife, cooking Solyanka, a stew of minced meat, cabbage, potato,
carrot, flavoured with her secret combination of herbs.
Thursday, 9th Nov - Tarragon chicken with rice
Friday, 10th of Nov - Pearl Barley and beef stew - the dish the name of the
boat originated from.
