Skyelark of London - Day 10
Day 10
So the wind has definitely picked up and with that a need to re/learn how to
sleep in a washing machine.
Otherwise a slightly more relaxed day of good speed sailing {an early Gybe
put us on a direct line to St. Lucia}. Dan had to do a minor sail repair
whilst others burned through a bit of book reading.
A couple of nibbles on the fishing line, but no success in landing anything
today.
The day was rounded off with a good wholesome mean {thanks Sam Young for the
only recipe that I could remember > Pork chops roasted in apple and onion
with mash}.
Finally another clock change. As this results in someone needing to do an
extra hour shift, Dan and Em decided to use some of this time by introduce
an extra course for dinner > an unexpected and home made peach crumble and
custard.
