Mystic - Mystic. At Sea
After a mildly dramatic morning, Mystic has somehow repaired their Main Sail and is headed back to the Azores! Yippie! I can’t even image what it must feel like to be 4 days away from shore, horizons at both ends with no Main Sail and no way to use the Jib! But the Mystic crew is resilient and strong and has a lot of faith and prayers on their side! From Don:“We fixed main and are headed to the Azores. Maybe we’ll out-run the storm. Wish us luck!”.

Mystic - Blog, Tuesday 5-13-14
The crew is ready to set sail tomorrow morning! The boats cleaned up, we’ve got water, we’ve got food and we leave at 11AM tomorrow from this harbor with 32 other boats (that will squeeze out through this little narrow port mouth) 1800 Miles to the next port, about 16 days! That’s a lot of water under your bum! We’ll email when we can!
