Synopsis: Good day. High pressure north of the Azores will weaken and become absorbed within a second high on the 27/11. The new high will be located near/E of the Grand Banks early 27/11 and this will move quickly E, itself passing N of the Azores through the 28/11 and then into Iberia during the 29/11. Ridging with the first high is moderately strong and extends SE to the Canary Islands and S to the Cape Verde Islands, then SW to along and near 50W. The ridging will weaken slightly during the 27/11 as the initial high breaks down, but it then reinforced by the next high on the 28/11. The Ridging will finally tend to broaden later 28/11 through the 29/11 near and W of 30W and near and S of 35N. Conclusion: The strongest winds will tend to be near the E end of the forecast area near the Canary Island. This is the area where the pressure gradient is the tightest. The largest swell will be primarily in BB with some in the S Portion of CC and N edge of HH. This swell will gradually abate through tomorrow morning while drifting W across forecast area CC. Winds will also decrease tomorrow morning as the high to the N weakens slightly. AA:
