Synopsis: Good morning. High pressure near/N of the Azores extends moderately strong ridging SE to the Canaries and this will weaken somewhat thru tomorrow. The high will move little thru the 26/11 and will then become absorbed within yet another high that will move E-SE from the Grand Banks 26/11 to and N of the Azores during the 27/11-28/11. The ridging associated with the highs will remain quite persistent near and S of 35N and from the African coast W across much of the Atlantic to near 60W thru at least the 30/11. Conclusion: The strongest conditions will continue to persist in the NE side of Grid AA near the Canary Islands due to the strong interaction between the strong ridging offshore and thermal trough along the coast of Africa. Conditions then get gradually lighter as you get farther SW away from the Canaries. The strong winds and seas in AA will begin to ease tomorrow as the thermal trough weakens. Swell will build across BB tomorrow as winds increase slightly in the area. AA:
