It's Christmas day for Team Moonflower!
Yes, we are aware we’re 3 weeks early, but given we’re now 12 miles into international waters, we decided we are a law unto ourselves now.
Santa hats and reindeer antlers were donned as we opened chocolate advent calendars this morning, accompanied with festive tunes and French toast.
We spotted a family of sperm whales 15 minutes ago, an unexpected gift from the Atlantic to top off a wonderful morning.
We’re currently midway through preparing Christmas lunch: nut roast, featuring roast potatoes, creamy leaks, pigs in blankets, and honey mustard butternut squash. This will be followed by games, wine and secret Santa presents.
If all the other teams wouldn’t mind taking things a little slower tomorrow, that would be fab, as we will be having a Boxing Day hangover swim.
