Today Dave, Lars’ brother, and Karen, Dave’s daughter arrived from the US. We took them to happy hour after getting their stuff settled in the boat. It was so lovely to share the wonderful fellowship of the Yellow shirt team and our friendly rally community with some of our family. The sea lions and creepy red crabs at the dock were a welcoming committee of sorts, and introducing Dave and Karen to life on board an anchored boat, traveling by water taxi, rolling side to side, being entertained by wildlife , was fun. We had a rather late supper of lasagna and toast and salad on board, and turned in for a Sweet Dream.
