They say uneventful days are what you want when sailing across Oceans – JaZoFi had one of those days, still heading SW to avoid the doldrums, most discussion was when to turn right and head West.
Winds have been in the range 11 to 18 knots for the past 24 hours and direction has been very steady out of the ENE. 18 knots is nice, 11 a bit light but another day with good mileage under the keel is good.
Apart from a cargo ship, we haven’t seen anything today except a few birds.
