High centre expected to develop over central North Sea by early Thursday, central pressure around 1030, and then remain slow moving with little change through Friday and Saturday. Meanwhile, a shallow low pressure area is expected to be centred over Viking or North Utsire, pressure around 1015, slow moving and filling, losing its identity by late Thursday. Low pressure is expected to cover Iberia late Wednesday, slow moving throughout period, becoming complex with a low centre developing west of Cape Finisterre and in southeast Biscay by late Thursday. Occasional strong winds are expected at first in Fair Isle, but soon moderating.
