Hello Hello,
Here our daily update. It’s Sunday evening 19:30 local time. And we just tried to bake our own bread. Don’t know if it will be eatable yet. Right before departing be bought a small bread baking machine. Only tried it once before we left Gran Canaria. Didn’t work out that time…😉. We let you know tomorrow how our bread tasted…

The sailing conditions are great at the moment. We are doing 6 - 7 knots at the moment with a windspeed of 15 knots. Last night we had our engine helping a bit, not enough wind for the sails to do it all by themselves. Before dawn, we brought the boom to the other side and made a gype. Butterflied through the day, and now we have the main and the jib both on portside.

We talked on the SSB net this morning and we had a chat with High Cotton.

Earlier, we saw 7 boats around us at the AIS, but they all disappeared… To bad, kind of like having company on the screen.

We have sailed 290 miles so far. Still some more than 1900 to go…

The deadline for finishing the rally in Grenada is at dec 7th. Doubt if we will be able to make that. We have gone quite south to catch some more wind. Don’t mind if it takes us longer, but just hate to miss the welcome parties!! 👯‍♀️.

Days and nights pass rather quickly. Tonight’s dinner: Risotto with vegetables, Tuna and chicken for Herco. We bought al kind of unknown vegetables at the market in Mindelo and it turns out great after crockpoting them.
