VIA CON ME - Spanish recipe

The stopover in the Marina Club Nautico S'Arenal, Mallorca, give me some impressions of the specialities in the spanish cuisine.
So, here we go with another recipe:
Gazpacho Andalusia
3 red paprika
2 green paprika
2 Cucumbers
6 ripe tomatoes (big ones)
6 gloves of garlic
2 onions
mince all above in little pieces, mix it and keep one hand full separately
4 tsp sherry vinegar
240 ml virgin olive oil
Salt, pepper, paprika powder and little piri piri
and 2 cups of bouillon
some white old bread (soaked in cold water)
blend all together, until smooth and put it in the refrigerate
Serve it with garnishes from above and sliced bread toasted, with black olives, boiled egg, garlic bread, Mozzarella/Tomatoes Salad.
