Today we did the check out palaver, settled up with the marina, squeezed in a quick paddle, and made it to the skipper’s briefing. We had a quiet night onboard with Captain grilling lamb chops, and turned in early, anticipating a 06:00 wake up in preparation for leaving to Vanuatu. We will miss the several times a day singing that the resort people do to welcome and bid farewell to the ferries. My favourite part of Fijian culture is the beautiful singing.
