Salamander - Early food



To give everyone a chance to settle into life at sea we've chosen to have mainly dry pre prepared food that is simple to both prepare and eat. This means that no one has to do anything too stressful for the first few days.

We've already got a good routine going with breakfast of porridge at 6am lunch at 12 noon and supper at 6pm.

The second night we did have hot food of mince, peas & new potatoes which went down well.

Sue has been hard at work in the weeks running up to departure and has created around 168 precooked meals ready for the trip. I don't think we'll be going hungry somehow!
