Sunbeat VI - Day 5 - Glorious day in the Atlantic

A turning point in the Atlantic. We ceased going south and gybed towards Saint Lucia first thing this morning. Big Red (spinnaker) was promoted to the top of the mast. As a reward, we had our first cooked breakfast of the trip - enjoyed by all.
The Atlantic Olympics were started, Tim showed early form with 5 press-ups more than required… has he peaked too early???
Saw flying fish and a few dolphins passed in the distance. We are still adopting the sustainable fishing approach - by not landing the one fish that took the lure.
