Besides the weather, food is an important factor when crossing the Atlantic. You probably always buy too much, but you don't want to "starve". The biggest challenge comes when the many boxes from the supermarket are delivered to the jetty and the stowage on the yacht is due. On the one hand, space is limited - on the other hand, you have to find everything - even in rough seas. Some experience in this task helps a lot.
