running, no shouting and certainly no heavy petting.
Those are the rules at the swim club today!
As the day starts to heat up and we motor in a flat
calm Atlantic Ocean the crew are getting twitchy for their second swim of the
trip so far. It seems a bit daunting to jump in when the deep end of the
'pool' drops off to around 5,285 metres and you can't help but somewhere at the
back of your mind start to hum the jaws music - da de, da de, da de.... but it
is well worth it to cool off.
