Crazy Horse - April 9

We have stayed here in Tobago Cays since Wed. Yesterday Jeannius and Ocean J joined us here in the anchorage. The Chessie crew came in a launch with their boat still anchored in Mayreau.

Everyone went snorkeling in this beautiful reef area and saw an abundance of fish, coral, turtles and other sea life. It has been a relaxing place and one that the scenery will remain etched in my mind as I proceed back to the real world and work. One of the islands here was actually used in a scene from Pirates of the Caribbean where Jack is marooned on an island. It is the farthest one out called Petit Tabac. We have explored on land some of these islands (Petit Bateau and Baradel) and seen all kinds of shells. Of course this is a park and we are not permitted to remove any.

Last night we went to Jeannius boat for a sundowner and Annie was doing our hair in braids. Jim and Annie are back in circulation as Annie says and look as happy as two lovebirds. Bev and Moe are now on Jeannius and Bev's father Stuart is going on the last leg of the journey with them to St. Lucia. He is a truly fine gentleman and fits right in with the rest of the crews. Anna 's sister, Cat, will arrive in St. Lucia on the 12th so we hope to be in Marigot Bay by then. She is so excited to see her.

So today we are all off to Bequia to explore that last island and check out of the Grenadines. Then we will be off to St. Lucia. Somehow this seems like a countdown.

We did have one problem last night when Bill went to start the generator- it was clogged with all this wonderful floating plantlife. So today will begin with somehow the unclogging of the line. No a/c last night but it was a beautiful one with a nice breeze and no rain. Hopefully we will have some of this consistent wind of 15-20kts so we can sail our way to Bequia. The entire time we have been anchored it hasn't gone down to much below 14kts.

I am off to make some coffee and get us started on another day here in the Caribbean.

Rosemary, Bill, Matt, and Anna
