Crazy Horse - Jan. 19th

Wed. 19 Jan. UTC 1022. Position 24 13S 02 16E

This has been a start up of a slow day. It was cloudy all morning and now at a little after noon finally the sun is showing itself somewhat. We have the Joshua A sail up today and are rolling along between 4 and 6 kts. Turned off the engine this am to save fuel and give it a break. This is a little slower than Crazy H is used to going so we are developing some patience here. The wind is supposed to come up some time this afternoon. It is a peaceful sail.

Seems as though I misled some folks about the Wonder Washer. Bill was not on the floor on his head doing the washing. I was referring to the "head "as the floor of the bathroom. He was squatting on the floor of the bathroom spinning the Wonder Washer by hand as it centrifically cleaned the clothes with the build of pressure created inside the spinning mechanism. I hope that I have made this clear that he did not balance the clothes on his headnor was he on his head. He is one talented Capt but not that talented! Nor is he that dexterous.

We did receive an email from Ocean J this am. Seems that they are alright and having some celebrations aboard. That crew will do anything for a party! We contacted Chessie on SSB this am and they have caught a fish. Hope they can hang on to this one - they said they lost the last one.

Rosemary, Bill and Matt
