Were sailing with our Twins, 2 Poles & some Guys,
They live at the front of the Boat,
Giving no moans or Sighs,
They stay up front there, doing all the hard work,
You might think it's cruel for them,
Out there in all weathers,
But they don't have Skin at all Scales or even Feathers,
You might think this a funny tale,
And we arn't being fair on them at all,
So to all you sailors out there,
I expect you've guessed by now,
We have Twin Headsails, 2Spinnakeer Poles & 2Guys.
To help us out,
Cos we don't want to be in the dulldrums or even in the shady,
So to all ARC participant, St Lucia we hope to meet,
