First and foremost Kent would like to send his thanks for the best wishes email he received for his birthday.
News so far, we had contact from another boat (Snow Leopard) yesterday, but in true racing style were unable to chat due to our unrelenting commitment to the race!
Today Rob did his spider man (or is that spider monkey) impression by climbing up to the end of the spinnaker pole to change a worn strop. Rob also says hi to his Mum and Dad.
We have picked up a new crew member who looks like he needs a good feed and a bed for the night, i should mention its an Egret and although it brings the average age of the crew down from 48 to 12 most of us are eying it up for tomorrows curry!
Sailing along at night looking up at the stars in a boat no bigger than the average front room certainly puts things into perspective.
