KEEP ON RUNNING!
Actually had to put trousers and fleece on last night it
was a bit fresh! Wind was up and down at times the course and speed was
variable, but the motion and noise in the aft cabin got me and I didn't sleep
much!
Mid
morning and we are making 8 knots, Lindsey is making bread and we are running
with the Twistle with good effect. Speeds up and down. Overall we are making an
average of 7.5 knots around 180 nm
in the last 24 hours.
Nothing to report, the usual routine spag bog for dinner.

GROUND HOG DAY!
Another day much like the last one, except that we are
going much slower and have to resort to the engine after dinner. Its raining
from time to time and a bit
tedious!
