The two landlubbers successfully made the short passage to Reunion and we are safely moored up alongside the wall in the commercial port. Kasuje will feel quite at home here as there is a distinctly fishy waft in the air and at the moment it is pouring with rain........! We are scheduled to stay for one week but the likelihood is that we will leave before then dependant on the weather forecast for the passage to Richards Bay. Kasuje is in good nick but requires a clean so tomorrow will be spent doing boaty things then provisioning etc. For Tuesday and Wednesday we are off on a two day tour of the island, the scenery, sailing in this morning looks spectacular and we have hired a bus and booked a hotel for Tues night deep in the interior mountains. So Thursday looks favorite for our departure.
