First big fish caught, a bloody mess on board, nobody really able to
kill fish properly, after lenghthy research found out the breed :
coryphaena hippurus, red meat, tasty like tuna, finished after two main
courses, best recipe: marinate with olive oil and worcester and soy, the
roll in sesam seeds and fry in pan. Delicious!!!! To savour with canary
red potatoes and mojo.
