Papillon is a Fountaine Pajot Model Eleuthera. (Specifically Hull No. 24 Owner's Version) Although a production boat, a cutom hardtop bimini allows full enclosure of the aft deck. Papillon has white hulls and displays the distinctive lettering "Papillon" on each hull. The mainsail cover lettering is "aeroyacht.com", web site of Gregor Tarjan, one of the world's foremost authorities on mutihulls. A white gennaker features a large butterfly. Papillon was launched in La Rochelle, France in early May 2008 and has sailed down to Gibralta, East to Greece and returned to Las Palmas, Canary Islands to join ARC 2008.
