We have found a gem. We have a beautiful anchorage to ourselves, snorkeling in the coral off the back of the boat, a gang of eagle rays who circle and play.
And not far off is a beautiful bungalowed resort that offers phenomenal food and service. Our favorite on the menu is the degustation, consisting of poison cru (of course) tuna tartare with seafood salad, taro salad, shaved green papaya with shrimp, smoked salmon and thon rouge sashimi.
