Yes, we caught a fish! Just a little one though, but it’s a start. We are happy , after our plastic catch of the day of yesterday. 😉. We think it is a little Tuna. Only 40 cm or something. Herco cleaned it and we will eat it for dinner. A one portion meal… Jokes are being made about the return of investment of this fishing gear😂. But, practice makes perfect, right.

We just changed our sail configuration again. Now, we are butterflying an other time in order to steer a bit more straight to the direction of Mindelo. We lost some speed with this change, but we are getting closer to Mindelo. We still have 157 miles to go. Life is still easy going on the Morgane of Sark. We had a good night, it appears a bit less dark. We have downloaded some movies and series from Netflix and that is our main entertainment at night. Unfortunately, all the podcasts Elvira and Merel downloaded from Spotify disappeared yesterday suddenly.

Our current position is N18 43.80 W23 04.03
We have a speed over Ground around 5,5 knots (log of the boat doesn’t work anymore) and the wind is NNE 7 to 11 knots. According to our Furuno we have sailed exactly 700 miles since we left Gran Canaria.
