Atlantic Cup Office is open!

Nanny Cay is filling as the Atlantic Cup yachts arrive with their crews and begin preparartions for the passage ahead. The Safety Inspection Team will  be out on the docks visiting each of the boats to spend time with them and talk through not just the safety equipment they have onboard but also some of the drills and preparations they have for scenarios they may encounter at sea, such as fire, water ingress, MOB.



With views out across the Francis Drake Channel and the other islands of the BVI the Beach Bar at Nanny Cay is a great place for Atlantic Cup Happy Hours.  There are participants of both the Atlantic Cup and Caribbean 1500 that are catching up for the first time after the end of a great season cruising in the BVI and further afield in the caribbean. 

The Welcome Party with rum punches and canapes will be held on Monday 30 April at the Beach Bar. A fine opportunity to meet fellow participants and get to know some of the WCC staff that will be with you for the event. If you cannot wait until then, happy hour drinks will be held at the beach bar on Saturday 28 April from 1700 and also a family day on Sunday 29 April. Look forward to seeing you all there.
