Monday 20th October
TIME GOES BY
Ian has spent most of the day with soldering iron in hand trying to sort out the wiring in the anchor locker and in the foscle for the anchor winch! Malcy looks back on the possible scenario of when we left the boat at Home Island, the anchor heaving itself up with the short circuit, the boat catching fire and ending up on the beach! Good or bad news?
Another day much like the last: prawns for lunch with newly baked bread by Lindsey. Sundowners at 18:30 with Clare (in the community-on CD) and tuna for dinner. The wind dropped about 22:00 hrs so we have only been making just over 6 knots through the night.
At 04:10 local time Tuesday we are about 1560 nm from Port Louis 14.40 S 84.21 E
