With the ARC Plus fleet leaders expected to arrive in Grenada in the next 48 hours, and the ARC fleet leaders nearing the halfway point lets check out those potentially on course for a podium finish!
ARC Plus:
Nessun Dorma (Italia Yachts 15.98), in Cruising Division A, is currently set to take ARC Plus 2023 line honours. With less than 350nm to go to the line off St Georges, Grenada, Nessun Dorma is expected to cross around midday Wednesday UTC, 0800 local time.
Ahlam (Oyster 575) and Sydney Rock (Oyster 595)C, in Cruising Division A, have 580nm to go and are currently enjoying a close battle for second and third place – less than 10nm separates them.

Mongoose (Marsaudon ORC50) follows just 50nm behind Nessun Dorma who is currently leading the Multihull fleet. However, less than 5nm behind them is Fenix (Outremer 55-2), who leads a pack of 4 Outremer’s all within 50nm of each other. Mongoose opted for a more southerly route with the Outremer’s taking a more northerly route. This is going to be an exciting division to watch over the next 48 hours!
Manaia (Lagoon 421) and Pinnacle (Nautitech 46 Open) are enjoying a close battle to take the podium in Multihull Division B with just 1nm separating them. Aratui (Fountaine Pajot Elba 45) lies in 3rd with 836nm to Grenada.
Tengri (Allures 45.9) is leading Cruising Division B and is expected to arrive in St Georges in the early hours of the 2nd December, 50nm behind them is Imi Makani (X-Yachts X4.6) and Paper Moon (Oyster 55) a further 40nm astern taking a more northerly route and sailing along the rhumb line.
Sassicaia (Luffe 48) currently leads Cruising Division C on the water with 686nm to go. Although Namaste is showing as leading this, and all divisions, they are currently experiencing a technical issue with their YB tracker and reporting their position manually to ARC Rally Control. Ikigai (van de Stadt Samoa 47) - following a more northerly route - lies in second place in this class, with Ada II (Dehler 42C) less than 10nm astern.
Cruising Division D is currently led by Cupid (Bowman 40) who has 750nm to the finish line. Galatea of Aune (Rustler 42), following a more southerly route, just 3nm astern lies in second, with Sea Hayes (Rustler 44) further south in third.
ARC
Berenice Cube (Swan 90), in the Racing Division, is leading the ARC 2023 fleet, she is currently predicted to cross the finish in Rodney Bay, St Lucia around midday on Saturday the 2nd December. Her closest rivals in the racing division, Babiana (Oyster 885GT) and Solano (Latini 52) are 200nm and 250nm astern respectively.
L'Ondine (Southern Wind SW100) is currently lying second overall, just 10nm behind Berenice Cube, and leading the Open Division.
TI ana (Marsaudon ORC50), the leading multihull, lies in 3rd overall, covering 238nm in the past 24 hours.
Bare Necessities (Oyster 82) is leading the cruising division, lying 10th overall, and is currently expected to reach St Lucia by the 7th November.
