Thaleia - Almost done

... but not quite. The difficult part in provisioning is over, now starts the impossible one. A 2 nautical miles shopping list means 12 overload oversize shopping carts of goods - every bottle and tin still needs to be hidden somewhere in the boat? We were asked by Clare to prepare losing 10 to 15% of provisioning. I did not realize it was because there is no room in the boat.

Other than food and water our biggest concern is the receiving of GRIB files, as for the moment we depend on 1 computer only, which is not running perfectly. Will be sorted out before the start. Our genoa is being prepared still, hope to have it back before Sunday. It is a small wonder how many little parts need to be addressed in a boat which has been in use for 2 years without problems.

Nevertheless, today we might wittness the historical moment of our 1st ARC Sundowner [txh, Skipper].
