Enigma - Day 4 - a grey day in the tropics

Subject: Day 4 - a grey day in the tropics
A heavy night with 35 kts of wind at times was made tolerable by the progress we're making towards Sao Vincente. Moral is high despite Allan levitating across the cabin on two occasions. Having a man weighing 95kg land on top of you was a bit of a shock for both of us.

Our secret weapon lies in its bag just waiting for the winds to drop below 20 kts.

I believe this news item might not have hit the internet yet, but today is my turn to cook. Why aren't  there any reality cooking competition programmes on TV that involve plates that move away from you, ingredients that are more at home on the floor of the galley, and to cap it all, a cooker that is gimballed to conspire with any large wave to throw whatever contents it has all over its maker. They could also drug the contestants to feel sick and then place them in a dark kitchen that moves...randomly. Perhaps it can be called "hairy sailors ship food" or "come vomit with me"?

Apparently tonight I shall cook Creole chicken. And Enigma continues to rock and roll at 7 kts plus. Not bad at all.

But...doesn't it look so grey ?

No whales today. By the way, we're aiming to get there Friday - all things being equal.
