So, it’s Thanksgiving today and our American ace tactician, Nestor Lopez, came on watch at 0800 to find that Joz and I had decorated the saloon and cockpit of our catamaran in USA flag bunting! A special roast dinner is being prepared by super cookie, Lel, and is filling the boat with a wonderful aroma. The sound of Whitney Houston reciting The Star Spangled Banner will be filling the warm evening air as we enjoy social hour at 1800, starting with Tanqueray 0.0 (alcohol free!) gin and tonics. “God Bless America” (and Nestor for - so far - plotting a damn fine course!)
