Sunbeat VI - Day 4 - heading south

Wind still force 4 - 5 from the north east. Little Blue spinnaker up all day. Heading south rather than the direct route to Saint Lucia in order to avoid light winds forecast for next week. Have seen flying fish. But, despite trolling 2 lines today, have still caught no fish. The nearest we have got to fish is Nigel’s (tinned) sardines on toast.
Will have a big fruit salad this evening in order to use some of the fruit that is ripening all at the same time.
