Khamsin - Khamsin Day 8

We decided this morning to find ourselves an extra 2 hours of life (and hopefully stopping everyone staying in bed til 9:30!) by moving our boat time back. I’m not actually sure I want to share the sunrise with anyone else. It’s such a beautiful and peaceful time of day to stretch to Jump Around by House of Pain and scan the waves for those elusive dolphins. Is the water too warm for the dolphins? I know they’re at the equator in the Galapagos but then there’s that cold current… Khamsin sailing well. I love it! After a fairly bumpy night, not too much swell now so everyone in a good mood after banana porridge for breakfast. To be followed by banana pancakes and mashed banana sandwiches later. Any recipe ideas? I’m not sure that stick of bananas was the best idea but it was good fun buying it and it looked great! Turns out Mahi Mahi (?) are attracted by purple. So after a bit of a battle we’ve got one for supper. Poor thing.
